Rubio Monocoat Decking Oil and Rubio Monocoat Siding Oil are hard wax oils that were specially developed to treat outdoor decking and sidings. Maximum protection against discoloration resulting from the affects of UV rays and molds is achieved when used in combination with Rubio Monocoat Sunprimer. Both Rubio Monocoat Decking Oil and Rubio Monocoat Sidings Oil are applied in one coat. Molecular bonding with the wood fibres ensures long lasting protection while retaining the natural appearance of the wood. Available ina wide range of standard colours.

Rubio Monocoat Decking Oil ( 0% VOC) - Natural Looking Finsh

1. Remove Varnish or other products - that are not from the Rubio Monocoat range - until the bare wood is reached.

2. Clean the surface to be treated with Rubio Monocoat Exterior Wood Cleaner and rinse well.

3. Allow the surface to dry until the wood regains its original appearance.

4. Apply Rubio Monocoat Sunprimer with a brush, cloth, roller sprayer or nebulizer.

5. Allow the surface to dry once more, until the wood regains its original appearance.

6. Immediatley apply the Rubio Monocoat Decking Oil using a sprayer, brush, roller, cloth or sponge. Allow to soak in for 5 to 10 minutes. Wipe off any excess product working along the length of the wood.

Rubio Monocoat Sidings Oil (0% VOC) - Natural Looking Finish

1. Remove Varnish or other products - that are not from the Rubio Monocoat range - until the bare wood is reached.

2. The surface can be sandedor left as it is depemding on the desired finish

a) Sanded or sprayed: degrease the surface afterwords and thoroughly remove dust with a cloth dampened with Rubio Monocoat Cleaner. Allow the surface to dry (15 to 60 minutes, depending on how much Rubio Monocoat Cleaner was used) until the wood returns to its original appearance.

b) Not sanded: Rinse the surface with Rubio Monocoat Wood Cleaner and then rinse again with water. Allow to dry until the wood regains its original appearance.

3. Apply Rubio Monocoat Sunprimer with a brush, cloth, roller, sprayer or nebulizer.

4. Allow the surface to dry once more, until the wood regains its original appearance

5. Immediatley apply the Rubio Monocoat Sidings Oil using a sprayer, brush, roller, cloth or sponge. Allow to soak in for 5 to 10 minutes. Wipe off any excess product working along the length of the wood.

Rubio Monocoat Chalet Oil - Full Covering Finish

Rubio Monocoat Chalet Oil is an opaque hardwax oil specially developed for the colouring and protecting of exterior vertical wood serfaces (chalets, sidings, windows, doors, fences . . ) The oil gives maximum protection against UV rays and water. Rubio Monocoat Chalet Oil is applied 1 or 2 coats (if visually required) and creates a long lasting finish due to the molecular bonding with the wood fibres. Available in a wide range of colours.
